Booking process

Some tourists think that villa booking process is very difficult and time-consuming but that’s not true!!! In this section we will answer the most frequently asked questions about villa rent. Let’s start from making a perfect choice and then touch upon wanted services for your vacation…

• To choose and book a villa/chalet/apartment you follow the following instructions:
• Use Search section in the left column
• Choose a country and a region in Our destinations section
• Go to Vacation ideas section and choose one of the offered ideas
• Use Individual request service

After you’ve made your choice you should check if it is free for the desired period. To do this go to Calendar on the villa description page.

Then go to the villa description page and fill the request form there. All information is strictly confidential. Please, give several phone numbers and e-mails for us to contact you as soon as possible.

Our manager will specify the booking availability and the precise rental price. He/she will also answer all your questions and help you make the best choice.

We ask you to pay the pledge of 35% to completely book a property for the given dates. We send you the World Travel Group Inc. invoice to your personal e-mail for you to pay the booking pledge.

You have to print the invoice and pay it during the next 2 banking days in any bank department. Commission size depends on the bank you use to conduct the payment. Usually it is 10-20 Euro.

As soon as we receive the pledge (usually it takes 2-3 bank days) we send you the official World Travel Group Inc. booking voucher by e-mail.

You have to pay the full rental price at least in six weeks before the start of the villa rental period. To do this we send you the invoice with the general rental sum of 65% in 1-2 days. And then you act according to the already familiar procedure.

As soon as the villa is booked our manager will help you with other organizational questions: from car rent to private chef…

We will provide you with any kind of transfer (previously discussed).

Your personal manager will get you acquainted with the villa and give you the keys. That’s all, you are ready to enjoy your vacation!

You can pay the invoice in any bank but we suggest you using the Snoras bank or its partners. Our company’s account is open in this bank. Using it the payment transfer will be conducted faster.
